We are currently looking for the following roles:
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION APPRENTICE
As our ‘Apprentice Superstar’, you will be joining a small team that helps to provide fantastic customer service to all of our customers. You will also assist the marketing and sales teams when necessary.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Office Coordinator with various administration tasks
- Deal with customer queries and orders by email and phone
- Updating our social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Providing a high level of service to all customers
- Arranging transport for deliveries
- Arrange invoices for customers
- Assist the Finance Manager and Credit Controller with invoices, expenses, general filing, day books
- Assist the marketing team
- Assist the Office Coordinator with organising staff social events
- Maintingin a good relationship with our Warehouse team in Basildon
- Assisting with trade show days
Who are we looking for?
- Computer literate
- Team player

-What hours would I be required to work?
Your working hours would be Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
-Where will I be based? You will be based at our office in Borehamwood, which has free parking!
