We are currently looking for the following roles:


As our ‘Apprentice Superstar’, you will be joining a small team that helps to provide fantastic customer service to all of our customers. You will also assist the marketing and sales teams when necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Office Coordinator with various administration tasks
  • Deal with customer queries and orders by email and phone
  • Updating our social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Providing a high level of service to all customers
  • Arranging transport for deliveries
  • Arrange invoices for customers
  • Assist the Finance Manager and Credit Controller with invoices, expenses, general filing, day books
  • Assist the marketing team
  • Assist the Office Coordinator with organising staff social events
  • Maintaining a good relationship with our Warehouse team in Basildon
  • Assisting with trade show days

-What hours would I be required to work?

Your working hours would be Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

-Where will I be based? You will be based at our office in Welham Green, which has free parking!
