If you do not have an account with IBC you can call 0800 689 5128. and our experienced customer service team will arrange for one of our sales representatives to call you in order to discuss your requirements.

You can find most of our product ranges on www.amazon.co.uk , sold and distributed directly by Amazon UK. You can also call 0800 689 5128 and we will can look at arranging a mail order for you.

Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order but dependant on your account you may be subject to a carriage charge if your minimum spend is not met.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS, cheques and all major debit and credit cards
For orders under 100kg
If you place your order before 1pm Monday – Friday, your order will be delivered the next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
For orders over 100kg (or over 8 boxes)
If your order is placed before 11:30am Monday – Friday, you will receive your order by pallet the next working day. Any orders placed after this time will be received two days later.
NB. Delivery times may vary for all orders going to Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
I have a problem with my delivery, what should I do?
We expect our couriers to deliver on time and for your order to be correct. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong and we want to rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
If there is a problem with your delivery or your order we must be advised within 72 hours of delivery. Please send an email to [email protected]uk and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 689 5128 and one of the team will help you with your enquiry.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes, if you would prefer to collect your order directly from our warehouse you can. Please let us know at time of ordering. Please refer to our How to Find Us page for our warehouse address and directions.
