Rhubarb and Custard Frappe

Reminiscent of Rhubarb and Custard, this frappe is made with Simply Rhubarb Syrup & Vanilla Frappe.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 120ml for 12oz cup / 140ml for 16oz cup / 160ml for 20oz cup
  • Simply Vanilla Frappe Powder for 12oz and 16oz cup 2 scoops (50g), for 20oz 3 scoops (75g)
  • Simply Rhubarb Syrup – 2 pumps (15ml) for 12 and 16oz, 3 pumps (22.5ml) for 20oz
  • Whipped cream
  • Ice

Method

1. Add Milk, Vanilla Frappe Powder and Rhubarb Syrup to a blender
2. Add a cup full of ice to blender
3. Blend for 30 seconds
4. Pour blender contents into cup
5. Top with Whipped Cream and Freeze Dried Raspberries (optional)
